Career Counselling

Our enthusiastic members are available to counsel students for international studies. The counseling program is conducted according to the interests of the students. Our doors are open six days a week except for Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., so please visit us within the given time period. In the process of counseling, we offer the best suggestions according to their needs and financial background.

Documentation Guidance

Documentation is an extensive procedure in which we gather the information required by the school or college and immigration. Documentation necessitates constant tracking of information; each document must be properly set up, confirmed, and changed as needed. We must guarantee that all information is relevant, up-to-date, and in the right format during the documentation process. The Ideal’s documentation officer, along with the counselors, examines all of the listed documents.

Institution Selection

Selecting an appropriate institution is the first step in planning your professional progression. Before choosing an institution, a variety of factors must be considered, including the institution's reputation, the fee structure, the location, the duration of the course, job prospects, immigration prospects, and others. Choosing the best mix of criteria for international students is a difficult undertaking; therefore, it is critical to speak with a genuine career consulting agent.

Interview Assistance

The interview is an element of the enrollment process that schools and colleges use to determine how serious an applicant is about a particular course. Each student must have a face-to-face or video-conferencing interview with an admissions officer. A proper interview is required to assure one's placement in the school or college. The interview is organized by the institution's admissions officer on a specific date and time, and it is a necessary interview that requires answering the questions. In general, the inquiries ask why someone wishes to enhance their studies overseas and whether they are a genuine temporary entrant or not.

Language Classes

Language classes are offered six days a week (Sunday-Friday). We provide classes that are required to meet the language competency standard. Japanese language classes are held on a regular basis. The classes focus on critical reading, thorough writing, fluent speaking, and listening. The courses are available at three levels:

Pre-departure Briefing

The Ideal provides a pre-departure briefing checklist for students after visa approval from the Japanese Embassy in Nepal. The briefing covers a wide range of issues, including academic life, housing, and the cost of living. This is solely to assist international students in taking their first step. It is a student pre-departure handbook that combines general advice on immigration, fees, and maintenance needs with information about planning for a student's journey, arriving in that nation, and so on.

Test Preparation

We offer test preparation classes to help students prepare for their final exams and reduce exam stress. Language classes are available six days a week. A team of qualified professionals is always available to guide you through every step of your journey to study abroad. Courses are designed to match the requirements of the final exam.

Travel and Accommodation Arrangements

You do not need to be concerned about your travel arrangements to your selected study location; our travel partners will offer you information on available plane tickets, pricing, and dates in real-time. Even if the ticket is required within a short period of time, we have the resources to handle the ticket quickly.

Visa Processing

To apply for a Japanese student visa, first secure admission to a recognized Japanese institution and obtain the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Gather required documents such as your passport, photos, COE, and Japanese language certificates. Complete the visa application form and schedule an appointment with VFS Global (Japan Visa Application Center, Kathmandu). Submit your application and pay the visa fee. Processing usually takes around 6 working days, though it may take longer. Once approved, collect your passport with the visa affixed.
