Documentation Guidance
Documentation is an extensive procedure in which we gather the information required by the school or college and immigration. Documentation necessitates constant tracking of information; each document must be properly set up, confirmed, and changed as needed. We must guarantee that all information is relevant, up-to-date, and in the right format during the documentation process.
The Ideal’s documentation officer, along with the counselors, examines all of the listed documents.
They can be divided into the following categories:
- Academic Documents: covers all educational documents such as educational certifications, personal awards, training, etc.
- Identification Documents: certificate of relationship verification with the sponsor, birth certificate, citizenship, passport, etc.
- Financial Documents: certificate of occupation, certificate of annual income, certificate of tax clearances, bank statements, etc.
- Additional documents: if relevant, a certificate of work experience, a health certificate (applicable to some schools), supporting documents, etc.
How we can help you in the documentation process:
- By helping with the efficient management of all documentation.
- Check, make changes, and approve all documents to ensure they are error-free.
- Identify changes in the immigration process and take corrective steps in the documentation procedure.
- Help in the process of figuring out where and how to get particular documentation.
